MODERN LOLA has attempted to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, specifications and images. We reserve the right to change products and prices at any time without notice. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing if an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We attempt to insure all information is accurate but we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Please Note: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or FPO/APO address. We ship UPS, or by similar carriers within the lower 48 states only. Standard delivery orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and will arrive 5-7 business days after they are shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number within 1-2 days. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us at customerservice@modernlola.com

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with any product you purchase from us. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will provide a MODERN LOLA store credit for any regularly stocked, unused item returned in saleable condition up to thirty (30) days after purchase. Please note, however, that we do not refund the outbound shipping or packaging cost. We cannot accept any products returned more than thirty (30) days after the order was shipped. Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance for any returned items.

To return a product, e-mail us at customerservice@modernlola.com or call our toll free number 888-MOD-LOLA. When e-mailing, please be sure to include your order number, your name, the item number. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA number) and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please Note: Any product you return to us must be shipped by traceable means with insurance. The package must be labeled with the RA #. In order to receive credit, all returned items must be shipped within seven (7) days from the day the RA # is provided. Please Note: Furniture and other items specifically noted as non-returnable merchandise cannot be returned. All sale purchases are final.

In the event a product is damaged during shipping, kindly report this damage to us within 48 HOURS of your receipt of the item to customerservice@modernlola.com. If we have shipped you the incorrect product, please let us know within 48 HOURS of your receipt of the item. In either case, we will provide you with a return shipping label at our expense. We will also provide you with a replacement product at no charge.

Send RA# returns to our warehouse:
(Do not send any items without a Return Authorization # provided by MODERN LOLA)

Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Any product where the serial number or bar code is missing.

Any item that is no longer in saleable condition. This includes products that have been used, or when the packaging has been opened or damaged such that we would not be able to sell the item as new. Items that are returned in a non-saleable condition will be returned to the customer, and their credit card on file will be charged for the return shipping.

All returned items are evaluated upon their return to us. Make sure you carefully pack items, as we are not responsible for damages sustained during the return shipping process.

Once we receive the returned product, we will evaluate it to ensure that it falls within our return policy, and/or that the product is defective as claimed. If the product does not fall within our return policy, we will contact you to return the product to you. If we have issued a return shipping label and the product does not fall within our return policy, you will be charged for the cost of the return shipping.
